Every few months I like to look at the number of properties for sale and compare them to the same time the previous year. Right now there are 1962 residential properties for sale, that includes the condos, townhomes, single family, and half duplex homes. It includes all of Summit County, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, Silverthorne and Wildernest. A year ago at this time there were 1485 residential properties for sale. In the last year 911 have sold, in the previous 12 months 1844 had sold.
Right now the most expensive home in the county is listed for $8,630,000 it's a 10 bedroom home on 11 acres in the Breckenridge area. There are 528 homes listed for over a million. The lowest price home is a modular for $89,600 in Swan Meadow Village (you don't own the land). The lowest price where you do own land is my listing in Heeney for $295,000.
