Actually it's for the next two weekends, September 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th it's a great chance to see the latest in new construction in Summit County. The Parade of Homes is put on by the Summit County Builders Assocation and it is a fund raiser for the Summit Foundation. The $10.00 ticket is good for all four days. Stop by my office at the corner of 5th and highway 9 in Silverthorne for your copy of the official guide.
It's fun to see what the latest trends are. One year it was little tiles in the kitchen and baths. Another year it was flat screen TV's in what seemed like every room.
